for the next 4 Sundays’ we’ll be going through 4 of the minor prophets in the Old Testament. My suspicion is that most of you have never read through these minor prophets. But these are 4 books that will really change your life. The minor prophets unsettle, rebuke and comfort God’s people of every age- even today.

So we’ll be looking at Hosea, Habakkuk, Haggai and Malachi

This is a quick run down of what we’ll be doing during the school holidays at SWITCH:

4th July- we’ll be having a social in the park. Meet at church before 9am and then we’ll be walking down at 9am (if raining we’ll be playing board games at church)

11th and 18th  July- We’ll be looking at a two part series on how the Old Testament fits together with the New Testament. Is there any flow? Do we still need to obey the Old Testament laws today?

Join us this Sunday at SWITCH for the second of our series on the character of God. This Sunday we’re looking at the predestinating God. Have you ever wondered what the Bible says about Predestination? Is it good news or bad news for us? Have you ever wondered whether God changes his mind? And if he does, will he change his mind about you? And if he doesn’t, what’s the point of praying and sharing with our friends about Jesus? Or for that matter doing anything, if God has planned it from the very beginning?
